Frequently Asked Questions

What are the actual salaries I will receive in Belarus?
+
Salaries in Belarus depend on the profession. Skilled workers (welders, electricians, builders) earn 2800–7000 BYN (~1000–2500 USD), line staff earn 2100–4500 BYN (~750–1600 USD). All amounts are fixed in the employment contract. In case of delay or non-payment of wages, our partner law firm takes all necessary measures to recover the amounts due to you in full in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Submit your CV — we will find a vacancy with decent pay.
Do they provide housing or do I need to find an apartment myself?
+
Most of our hiring partners provide free or subsidized housing in dormitories or employer-owned apartments. We always specify living conditions in the contract to avoid unpleasant surprises after relocation. Contact us — we will tell you about vacancies with free accommodation.
Can my work visa be refused and what should I do in that case?
+
Refusals are rare — usually due to document errors, a criminal record, or problems with previous trips to the Republic of Belarus. We check your documents in advance and, if necessary, prepare a re-submission with corrections. Fill out the form on the website — we will assess your chances for a visa.
Is knowledge of the Russian language mandatory for work?
+
For most manual occupations (builders, drivers, pickers) conversational level is not required — it is enough to understand instructions. For work in the service sector, language knowledge is required. Contact us — we will find a suitable vacancy.
What should I do if the employer deceives me — does not pay or takes my passport?
+
Confiscating a worker's passport is illegal, and non-payment of wages is grounds for a complaint to the Department of State Labour Inspection. We work only with verified employers, and in case of conflict we help terminate the contract and find a new employer without leaving the country. Save our contact — we are available to help.
